Challenge
Patients visiting the dispensary were often overwhelmed by medical terminology, product options, and inconsistent staff guidance. The brand needed a way to standardize education while still feeling personal and warm.
Solution
- Designed and developed an intuitive iPad app
- Clear navigation to explore product lines by condition or benefit
- Visually guided UI to ensure accessibility for all users
The app served as an always-on resource in-store, allowing patients to browse Aliviar's full product line, learn about cannabinoids, and choose the right option for them.
Designing for Simplicity
The interface design was soft, friendly, and easy to use — especially for first-time cannabis users. We used calming colors, iconography, and clean layouts to ensure a low-stress interaction.
Animations and interactions were kept minimal to maintain performance and keep focus on clarity. Every decision was made with user empathy in mind.
