The Challenge
Mana Products, the world's leading contract and private label cosmetics manufacturer, desired a top-notch responsive e-commerce website for its Black Opal Beauty product line. Along with some custom development requests, it was critical that the website design reflected the company's premier international status and conformed to its established branding.
The Solution
Our team created a dynamic responsive design that has enhanced shopper's online experience and has strengthened the Black Opal Beauty brand. Custom development included integrating with Black Opal's ERP system to automatically update inventory levels on the site, sending new orders to the third-party ERP system automatically, and integrating with an advanced fraud detection system when processing credit cards.
Up-to-the-minute changes can be made quickly and easily through the SiteViz content management system -- whether it's adding new products and images, updating a product description, changing a price, or adding a promo code special. Additionally, SiteViz e-commerce is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant platform, meaning shoppers and shop owners alike can be confident that their information is secure.
